If you don't have the insurances above, you can opt to pay fee for consultation. Fee structure is variable based on complexity of your condition. Call our office at 949-490-4044 and leave us a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. 

Please make an appointment prior to your visit.  We need a valid form of identification such as driver's license, insurance card, current medication list, and  any previous medical records, lab work for review. To get the most comprehensive consultation with Dr. Katneni, your nephrologist (kidney doctor), please provide any prior medical records you may have or direct us to where to obtain your records.

SECOND OPINION PATIENTS AND DIALYSIS PATIENTS CHANGING NEPHROLOGISTS:  Please provide all your medical records prior to your appointment.

Dialysis patients that are changing to Dr. Katneni will have to contact dialysis unit to make the change in the dialysis unit. 

Dr. Katneni has patients in Da Vita and Fresenius dialysis units.

Most of our patients are referrals/consultations from other providers. Please let us know the name of your provider and the reason for referral.
